You are releasing Cassidy Thompson LLC from any liability while working out independently. The outlined workouts/programs are structured to be performed without a trainer present.
Returns/Refunds:
Cassidy Thompson Fitness Programs are intended to serve male and female clients. Cassidy Thompson Fitness reserves the right to refuse service to any party at any time. Program purchases are not eligible for refund after the purchase has been completed.
Cassidy Thompson Fitness Guides are a digitally delivered product at the time of purchase. Fitness Guides are not eligible for a refund. If you did not receive your pdf guide at or soon after the time of purchase, please email support@cassidytfitness.com and our team will make sure you receive the digital product.
Initial payments for Cassidy Thompson Fitness 1:1 Coaching Service and Membership Plans are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to cancel your 1:1 coaching service or your membership plan, please email support@cassidytfitness.com and service will be paused.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
